What TesseraEQ is

TesseraEQ is a Talent Spotlight platform. It helps you build a professional profile that presents your experience, capabilities, and character across three dimensions, and makes that profile available to recruiters evaluating job fit.

Your content

The content you submit to your profile belongs to you. By publishing it on TesseraEQ, you grant us a limited license to display it on your profile and to use it as input to our AI matching system when a recruiter submits a job description.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you submit. Do not include content that belongs to someone else without permission, that is false or misleading, or that violates any applicable law.

AI-generated content

TesseraEQ uses AI to generate match summaries, profile hooks, and psychometric signal profiles. These are derived outputs and are labeled as AI-generated on the platform. They are informational only and do not constitute professional assessments or guarantees of any kind.

Recruiter interactions

Recruiters who run a job description match against your profile may submit an anonymous follow-up question. You are not obligated to respond. TesseraEQ does not facilitate direct contact between recruiters and Talent without your consent.

Your preferences are private

Any work preferences you enter (compensation, location, role type, company stage, and related fields) are used solely in the matching process and are never shared with recruiters or displayed publicly. This is a core platform commitment.

Anonymized data

We may use aggregated, anonymized data derived from platform activity for product improvement, market analysis, and research. This data cannot be traced to any individual. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Prohibited uses

You may not use TesseraEQ to submit false or fabricated credentials, to impersonate another person, or for any purpose other than legitimate professional representation.

Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account and request deletion of your data at any time by contacting jack@tesseraeq.com.
